  结构原理及特点 ：

  1、QMJ4-35A型砌块成型机固定、摸振式、机械脱模。该机型设计先进，适用性广，改国内减速机脱模惯例，采用皮带轮、链轮链条脱模，无减速机渗漏现象，并节约动力。

  2、该机设计为根立柱，定位准确，模具平衡稳定，提高了砌块密实度，砌块毛边下、外观好。

  3、除机架本身外，整机悬挂和连接部位均采用弹簧隔振技术和定向垂直振动技术;降低了功率的损耗，提高了密实度，噪音小，实现了良好的减振动效果，同时也减小了模具的磨损，延长了模具的工作寿命。
