一、本机只需简单培训，全程进口PLC智能控制配备液晶数据输入显示屏，智能化控制实现理想的人机对话，本机具有故障报警及故障位置显示功能，简单易用、安全可靠，可在极短时间排除故障。
二、液压系统采用德国台湾等进口元件性能稳定，先进的液压比例控制技术，可自动对液压系统任意分支油路压力和油量进行控制。从而可使用不同原料，生产相同的高质量产品。
三、低频加料，高频震动，台模压合震，使混凝土在二至三秒充分液压化排气。以达到高密度高强度。 四、机体采用特种型钢焊接，分体式设计，安装方便，延长机器使用寿命，模具全部采用合金板，经渗碳淬火处理，经久耐用。
五、上压头采用三个油缸，中间小油缸使上模头快速升降，两边两个大油缸，增加压力，从而使产品成型速度快，压力好。

I. For operating this machine, it only needs simple training. The complete working procedure of the machine is controlled by its PLC intelligent control system, which is imported, with data-input LCD. So, an ideal man-machine interaction is achieved by this PLC intelligent control system. This machine has the functions for fault alarming and fault position displaying. Therefore, it is easy and simple in operating, safe and reliable in working, and quick and short in eliminating fault.
II. For this machine, its hydraulic system is composited with the elements imported from German and Taiwan so that its function is stable and reliable. Its advanced hydraulic proportional control technology can automatically control the pressures and oil flow amounts in any branch circuits in the hydraulic system. Therefore, it can save different raw materials for producing good products with same high quality.
III. By low-frequency raw materials feeding, high-frequency vibrating, and table/mould pressing and vibrating together, the machine can make the concrete fully liquefying and releasing the air within two or three seconds, to reach high density and high strength.
IV. The body of the machine is made of special shaped steel by welding and it is of split style design so that it is convenient for installing and excellent for prolonging the service life of the machine. All the moulds are made of alloy plates, which are treated by carburizing and quenching. So, they are durable in use.
V. For upper pressing head, three hydraulic cylinders are adopted, of which the intermediate small one is in charge of making the upper pressing head rising up quickly, and the big two cylinders on the both sides for increasing the pressing force. They can provide suitable pressure to make the product forming quick.
VI. Only by changing its forming moulds, this machine can produce different blocks and bricks. It is a multi-purpose machine. If it is equipped with surface material spreader, the machine can produce all kinds of colored pavement bricks. And while being equipped with a brick stacker, automatic production of large mass quantity can be achieved easily.
